sold or again-sold.

passed on, sold or again-sold.

removed. The copyright and version note must be represented for users
visibly and in unchanged form.
- This license agreement is based itself on the current
international law position.
- With an offence against this license agreement by the company
Coder Coder-World or of them assigned to be withdrawn the acquired
license at any time and explained for futile as well as forbidden the
use.
- Downloadscript and the appropriate files are sold without
function warranty for the hardware or software used in the surrounding
field.
- Coder World or of them assigned are responsible in no form
for contents or authors, which were created by this software.
- The risk of the use of the Downloadscript is incumbent on the
licensee, any refunding in the case is impossible.
- A license is temporally for an unlimited period usable, in
the license is basically that access to all new versions for an
unlimited period contained.
